Privacy at Bluerook
Short version: browsing this website stores nothing about you. Three things send data anywhere, and all three only run when you choose to use them: the callback form, the chat, and the booking calendar. Of those, only the callback form keeps a record.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording.
What happens when you browse
Nothing is collected. The site is static files served by Vercel, our hosting provider. Vercel keeps short-lived server logs that include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not read those logs to build a profile of you.
When you ask for a callback
Pressing the button treats you as a real enquiry, because that is what the demonstration is. Your name and mobile number go to our own workflow system, which records the lead, tells us about it, and then hands the number to Retell AI so the agent can dial you.
That record is how we know someone asked to be contacted. It holds your name, your number, which channel you picked, and the time. Your IP address is not part of it: the system stores a one-way hash of it instead, purely so the same person cannot loop the demo. There is a limit of one call per number per day.
We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share the record. Email hatim@bluerook.co and we will delete it.
Please only enter a number that belongs to you.
When you use the chat or the browser voice demo
Messages you type are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Microphone audio in the browser voice demo is sent to Retell AI for the length of the conversation. We do not store transcripts.
When you book a call
Booking goes to Google Calendar or Calendly. Whatever you enter there is held by that provider under their own terms, and by us as a record of the meeting.
Services we rely on

- Google for fonts and calendar bookings
- Calendly as an alternative booking route
Google Fonts are requested from Google servers when a page loads, which discloses your IP address to Google.
Your rights
Because we hold almost nothing, there is usually nothing to export or erase. If you have emailed or booked with us and want that removed, write to hatim@bluerook.co and we will delete it.
Demonstration data
Every record, name, metric and dashboard figure shown anywhere on this site is invented for demonstration. None of it is a real customer.
